Blueberry Maple Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add the chia seeds, oats, and pumpkin seeds. Stir to combine.
  2. Pour in the water, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or up to 2 days.
