All appointment cancellations must be completed forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Failure to cancel within forty-eight (48) hours will result in a $100 charge for 60 minute appointments and $50 for 30 minute appointments that will not be billed your insurance. This not only respects our time and expertise, but we fully believe this will create additional accountability and help you make progress on the goals and plans to which you have committed.
