Heart health has always been deeply personal to me. My family’s history with heart disease began when my paternal grandfather tragically passed away from a heart attack at just 35 years old. Years later, my maternal grandfather also succumbed to a heart attack at 61. I never had a chance to meet either of my grandfathers, and as a result, heart health has remained a constant concern in my family.
As I grew older, the importance of heart health and prevention took on a whole new meaning. I had already discovered my passion for nutrition in my teens and early adulthood. However, after the birth of my first child, I realized how crucial it was to actively manage my cardiovascular risk factors, not only for myself but also for my wife and daughter. My family depended on me being healthy, and I understood that the decisions I made today would profoundly impact our future.
As a registered dietitian for over a decade, I’ve spent the last 7 years working in the nutritional and integrative medicine industry. This experience has deepened my understanding of the powerful connection between lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term heart health. I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t just about managing symptoms, it’s about addressing root causes and empowering individuals to take control of their health.
This knowledge, combined with my passion for nutrition and cooking, inspired me to create a practice dedicated to helping others improve their cardiovascular health and overall wellness.
I work with adults looking to improve cardiovascular and metabolic health, particularly those managing cholesterol, blood sugar, or other risk factors. My approach focuses on personalized, sustainable nutrition plans that combine practical lifestyle strategies with evidence-based guidance to support long-term health.
Every day, I wake up inspired to help others rewrite their health stories. My practice is a reflection of that passion, and I’m here to help you take the steps you need for a long and healthy life.
